To extend a helping hand to the needy by providing shelter to the homeless, food for the hungry, clothing for the naked and counseling for the distressed.
To work with government departments, other non-governmental organizations and the general public to alleviate the pain of the less privileged in our community.

Poverty, loneliness, rejection, abuse, abandonment, sickness, joblessness, displacement, physical and mental disability pervade our society today. As citizens, welfare is a collective responsibility.
We are part of that responsibility and we can participate actively in alleviating the suffering and pain that are experienced by the poor and less fortunate. All we need is a compassionate heart, willing hands and feet that are quick to respond.
